Rutgers University student Tyler Clementi, 18, leaped from the George Washington Bridge to his death hundreds of feet below into the Hudson River, where his wallet and cell phone were found. This after a videotape featuring Clementi having sex without his knowing was broadcast onto the internet September 19.

His body still has not been found, but a search is ongoing.

Two suspects were arrested in the case. Dharun Ravi, 18, of Plainsboro, New Jersey, and Molly Wei, 18, of Princeton, New Jersey, are each charged with two counts of invasion of privacy for the September 19 broadcast, and if convicted could both face up to 5 years in prison.

It is not clear whether the nature of the case was cyberbullying or invasion of privacy.
