Miners May Be Freed This Weekend

33 Miners that have been trapped in a Chilean mine for more than two months may be freed within 24 hours.

This comes after progress was made drilling a hole through the earth to free the trapped men who have been forced to rely on food and water dropped down a tube that reaches hundreds of feet below the earth to an underground chamber where they reside.

The miners have taped their ordeal on video and footage shows the men living in squalor amongst waste and filth.

Psychologists will be evaluating the men as they are freed.
