
Charlie Sheen's drinking and drug addiction has killed Two and A Half Men before it had a chance.
It was bound to happen eventually, Charlie Sheen’s actions have convinced those in charge at CBS and Warner Bros. to pull the plug on Two and A Half Men.
“Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen’s statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of Two and a Half Men for the remainder of the season,” the companies said in a statement.

Producers were concerned Sheen’s erratic behavior was putting the show’s future at risk.
Charlie Sheen verbally attacked the show’s co-creator Chuck Lorre, calling him a “clown,” a “stupid, stupid little man” and said he “violently hates” the producer. Sheen also made an antisemitic remark when he referred to Lorre with a name that sounds like “Haim Levine” (Lorre was born Charles Michael Levine).
Charlie Sheen then insulted Lorre in a letter responding to their decision to shut down the show: “I wish him nothing but pain in his silly travels especially if they wind up in my octagon. Clearly I have defeated this earthworm with my words — imagine what I would have done with my fire breathing fists…”, Sheen said.
