A passenger train running along the coast of Japan is unaccounted for after a 8.9 earthquake in Japan triggered a 33 foot tsunami.
The East Japan Railway Co. train was running near Nobiru Station on the Senseki Line connecting Sendai to Ishinomaki when the tsunami hit.
Thousands of people have been reported dead and injured as a result.
Thousands are stranded in Tokyo sleeping in temples and concert halls after the tsunami disrupted rail service throughout Japan.
