24/7 Wall St. examined online retailers with the best and worst customer satisfaction ratings based on ForeSee’s Holiday E-retail Satisfaction Index, and here’s what they found.
Overstock.com was the worst place to do business online and had a huge drop in website visitors over the past year.
Target came in at the bottom of the list with a better customer satisfaction score, but since Amazon stopped running its website operation, shoppers have experienced numerous crashes while using Target’s website.
GAP clothing has the second worst score among online retailers, and will be closing 21 percent of its brick and mortar stores by 2013.
