    In response to the sixteen Afghans killed by a U.S. soldier in a drunken rage, Afghanistan President Karzai has requested U.S. troops abandon and leave village outposts.

    He also demands he wants the U.S. out of Afghanistan by next year, not 2014 as President Obama has suggested would be the time to withdraw troops.

    “Afghan security forces have the ability to keep the security in rural areas and in villages on their own,” Karzai said.
