Pippa Middleton, sister of future queen of England Kate, was seated next to a driver in a convertible when he brandished what looks like a gun and pointed it at a photographer who snapped a photo of the stunt.
Pippa could face arrest for the incident which happened in Paris where Pippa was visiting for a fashion show.
The UK Sun said:
“If the evidence points to her involvement, she will be prosecuted. Anybody involved in the illegal use of a handgun in public is liable to arrest and interrogation.”
The source said brandishing a gun in a public area in France is punishable by up to seven years in prison.
They also revealed that if Pippa had any involvement in the stunt, she could be held liable as well.
If the gun was fake, charges could be made as well.
