SALISBURY, MD – A homeowner was startled when Russell E. Neff kicked in the front door.

Neff stripped down to his underwear, while the homeowner dashed upstairs and called 911.

Meanwhile, Neff walked around the house in his underwear making himself at home, and even had time to cook a chicken pot pie he found in the kitchen.

When deputies arrived they round Neff sitting in a chair in the living room licking the remote control in nothing but his underwear, according to police documents.

Police arrived, and Neff resisted arrest.

He is being held at held at the Wicomico County Detention center on $250,000 bond.

We hope Mr. Neff is resting comfortably in jail and hope he goes to KFC next time.

The system is f***ed up, So basically if I understood correctly a man kicks in a $100 door eats a 50 cent pot pie, The home owner gets $100.50 from home owners insurance (If she even has it) and the system cashes in $250,000 from this incident if he decides to be released on bond. The only one who suffered anything was the home owner which will more then likely have to pay for the loss out of her own pocket. I think it would be more fair if he was sentenced to like 1 year of supervised chores at the home owners house since she is the victim of the incident it makes more sense then him having to pay the system $250,000 when what he did didn’t affect them whatsoever, F***ing greed!

haha agreed! and he was probably on drugs anyway. People are so quick to build walls and make it harder for each other when they could simply talk with the guy and asked what was wrong and try to solve the root problem. It’s retarded soemtimes

It would take this guy his whole life paying off a bond like that and if he so much as missed ONE payment, lets say he paid $200,000 and stopped paying they would keep that money and he would continue his jail sentence.
