Bullied student opens fire on first day of school at Perry Hall High School

Shooter stopped by guidance counselor being called hero

The shooter is a 17 year old at Perry Hall High School and is already being called a victim of bullying.

He had 20 rounds of shotgun ammunition. A guidance counselor stopped the student from getting off any more shots, but a special needs student was shot and is now in critical condition at shock trauma.

Eyewitness accounts say it happened during lunch and involved some food being thrown at the shooter. He then went to the bathroom and retrieved a shotgun and came back and fire off a random shot that struck the special needs student.

The student was heard saying he was going to “kill you” to another student.

Students are being reunited with their parents.
