Eastern shore locations could get 4 inches of rain and tidal surge up to a foot in Annapolis and locations south and east of Baltimore.

Central Maryland will receive up to two inches of rain out of this.

The event will be similar to Tropical Storm Hanna in 2008, max wind gusts could go up to 30 miles per hour in Baltimore.

So all in all, expect heavy rain from tonight through Saturday.

Here is the latest rainfall map through Sunday.
