The family cat fought off a vicious dog that attacked and gouged a young boy’s leg, requiring stitches.
Surveillance camera captured the whole incident. The dog can be seen stalking up to the boy before tearing him off his toy bike.
The family cat named Tara rushes in, body checking the dog causing it to run away.
After chasing off the dog, Tara rushed back over to the scene of the crime to watch over the boy.
The dog apparently belongs to a neighbor. It is not known if the dog will be put down or what type of breed it is.
