People are gathering at Maryland parks and having cookouts and large gatherings, disobeying the governor’s executive order that bans large gatherings more than 50. During a press conference the state’s governor Larry Hogan reduced the number of people able to gather together to 10 and immediately closed all public shopping malls beginning at 5pm.
Maryland now has 76 cases of the COVID-19 coronavirus that has spread across the world in a global pandemic.
